PROJECT PLANNER & CONTROLS (2 VACANCIES)
Jobs Location: Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaExperience:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years working experience in oil & gas related industry.
- Proficient in the use of modern planning techniques.
- Possess experience of computerized planning systems especially in P3/P6 and MS Project.
- Familiar with project management system and self motivated.
- Strong computer literacy skills with good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Project).
- Strong organization skills and team building skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Prepare and review of detailed schedules for all aspects required for both the onshore/offshore process facilities.
- Coordinate and accurately forecast completions of all engineering documents in order to establish handover of all documents and specifications to enable Procurement and Construction activities to proceed in line with Project and Company Milestones.
- Responsible to produce and update integrated schedules detailing the many offshore operations carried out by the various departments, which will be the basis for informing management of progress and to assist in any decisions relating to priorities in the event of conflicts arising.
- Prepare and issue weekly progress report to the Project Controls Lead.
- Establish a daily update for discussion with department heads on all offshore activities.
- Coordinate the daily activities of the various departments involved both onshore and offshore.
