Regional Sales Manager Eaton is a position that has a role in recommended, develop and pursue long term growth objectives and plans for CCH Lighting business in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Brunei. This role also has responsibility to jointly develop and deliver on the territory sales plan to Achieve agreed business goals and sales targets including orders for CCH Asia Lighting across the major product lines. In this position, you will be a part of the CCH SEA team helping drive the growth of the non-ex industrial lighting business.

As a Regional Sales Manager at Eaton, you will be tasked to identify, develop and lead the pursuit of major projects in the region working closely with the U.S. Lighting product team and local Asian lighting support team. Your duties will also be included in developing a plan to support local marketing activities to budget and agreed timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg, product launches, promotions, advertising, and exhibitions. Here, you should be able to respond and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
To apply this position, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with let instrumentation. Applicants are expected to have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales, and have a proven track record. Another experience that is needed is in lighting, LED, Control, or instrumentals Technical background. Applicants must be fluent in English or Mandarin, with communication skills both orally and in writing. Here, applicants are required to initiatives and able to work with minimal supervision.
A Regional Sales Manager at Eaton should be able to work under pressure, and able to travel to remote areas in Indonesia to visit customers. Marketing Administrator Intel is a position that will be part of the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Competence Center. In this role, you will primarily help people Intel courts, such as the Marketing Development manager at headquarters and in the EMEA countries, the administrative tasks associated with the Campaign MDF framework, including collating data on planned marketing activities from field state, examine the feasibility of the contract, coordinate with Finance and Law agreed, and others.

This role will work with members of the advertising, sales, graphics and all other departments in an effort to help companies get noticed and remain profitable.

You have to be willing to take risks and be prepared to immediately come up with a new campaign should one fail. In addition, you also must be tenacious, confident, energetic, highly motivated, and professional and maintain a positive approach to their work.
