Manager Human Resources
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- 15 years in-depth experience in all key areas of Human Resources including Recruitment, Policy, Staff development, Training, General Services, Materials Purchasing, Compensation, etc.
- Demonstrate vision, leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and ensure that HR issues are addressed in the strategy and operational plans.
- Establishes HR processes and review / modification system to effectively and efficiently enhance the productivity, motivation and retention of quality staff with emphasis on Qatarization targets.
- Strategically position Administration Group to achieve company and related common objectives through partnering and optimizing resources.
