IT Technician
Education:
- Specialized Diploma in Computer studies, plus 3 years formal training in computer programming.
- At least 6 years relevant experience in Information Technology environment with extensive experience in business analysis and significant experience in systems development, programming and implementation preferably within HR environment.
- Good knowledge of network operating system.
- Ability to write technical documentation, specifications and reports.
- Support existing hardware / software and carry out replacement / upgrade based on user requests or changing business needs.
- Support for file server based Networking and e-mail system.
- Act as a member of project team and contribute to team activities to help ensure timely delivery of system modules.
