Associate Analyst Textron is a position that is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a variety of engineering systems including Teamcenter, NX, Teamcenter NX customization, internal websites, databases, SharePoint sites and others. This role will work closely with IT Business Partners, resources onshore and offshore and third parties to deliver world-class solutions that exceed business expectations. In addition to development, people in these roles will be expected to support the system and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

An Associate Analyst at Textron needed to help end users understand the technical capabilities of the system are implemented in Textron, and will be able to advice, demonstrate and help in order to meet business needs. To succeed in this role, the individual must focus on business needs and not on the technical superiority of the code, although the development of exceptional skills is a must. This role will work closely with other IT team members and end users to provide solutions based on business requirements during all stages of the development process.

The Associate Analyst at Textron has the primary responsibility for creating solutions based on business needs by creating stand-alone applications or enhances the current application, to design and develop new applications from the ground up including documentation. When applying this position, you must be passionate about providing technology solutions to business problems while taking advantage of new software patterns and architectures. Here, you are also expected to provide technical and analytical support related to Teamcenter, NX, and other technical solutions.

To become as an Associate Analyst at Textron, you must have a thorough knowledge of JAVA and Eclipse, and have a solid understanding of Web Services, developing and troubleshooting interfaces or integration with a variety of applications. The applicants with knowledge of C #, SQL Server 2005 and 2008, Microsoft Visual Studio, Teamcenter and NX, will be preferred. In this case, applicants must be able to work with IT analysts, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and are willing to support the NX and Teamcenter customization available. Textron is looking for individuals who already have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with relevant work experience.
