Legal Superintendent

Requirements:
  1. Male or female (28-35 years old).
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent from reputable university.
  3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  5. Job role in Legal Superintendent.
  6. Should be willing to travel.
  7. Having experience in mining industry.

Finance Project Controller

Requirements:
  1. Male/Female, 25-30 years old.
  2. Indonesian citizen with excellent health.
  3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry is required for this position.
  5. Working knowledge of data analysis.
  6. Having good communication.
  7. Willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Contract Mining Analyst

Requirements:
  1. Male/Female, 25-35 years old.
  2. Indonesian citizen with excellent health.
  3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
  4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry is required for this position.
  5. Having good communication.

HRD Manager

Requirements:
  1. Male or female, Indonesian citizen with excellent health.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
  3. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry is required for this position.
  4. Very Good in analyzing, arranging and organizing.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as team player.
  6. Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English.
  7. Highly motivated and hard working under pressures.
  8. Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  9. Should be willing to be placed on site.

Head of Recruitment & Assessment Section

Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
  4. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Civil Engineer (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:
  1. Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, or Mine Engineering
  2. At least four (4) years experience in surveying and engineering calculation, preferably in haul road construction
  3. Experience in the design of haul roads will be an advantage
  4. Working knowledge of 3D CAD software such as in roads is a must
  5. Working knowledge of MS Excel software
  6. Knowledge of engineering work plan and control methods
  7. The candidate needs to be a good communicator and commercially aware
  8. Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
  9. 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Surveyor (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:
  1. Degree or Diploma in Survey or Geodetic Engineering or related field
  2. At least two (2) years experience in surveying and engineering calculation, preferably in haul road construction
  3. Ability to demonstrate comprehension and operation of survey equipment
  4. Ability to demonstrate understanding of haul road operations and survey functions
  5. High level of communication skills – verbal and written
  6. Good PC Skills and computer literacy with extensive knowledge in 3D CAD
  7. Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
  8. 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Haul Road Construction Supervisor (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:
  1. Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or Mine Engineering
  2. Minimum 4 years of working experience in mining area preferably hauling road supervision
  3. Have ability in employees supervision
  4. Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified
  5. Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized and/or CAD drawing system
  6. Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail
  7. Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks
  8. Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
  9. 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Payroll (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
  2. At least two (2) years experience in payroll experience including a strong knowledge of payroll, wage, tax laws and regulations preferably in mining haul road construction
  3. Good knowledge in handling payroll, incl. tax PPH21 monthly and SPT, Jamsostek, and understand General Ledger
  4. Good PC Skills and computer literacy especially Microsoft Office
  5. Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
  6. 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Project Manager for Haul Road Construction (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:
  1. Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, or Mine Engineering
  2. Min. 10 years previous experiences in mining operation preferably in haul road construction
  3. Willing to work extended hours to ensure project completion on time
  4. Pengawas Operasional Madya competence certified
  5. Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized and/or CAD drawing systems
  6. Organizational, supervisory and negotiating skills
  7. Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
  8. Ability to maintain accurate and detail records
  9. Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining
  10. 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

HR & Recruitment (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:
  1. Possess a diploma or bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
  2. At least four (4) years experience in labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation & benefits, public relations preferably in mining haul road construction
  3. High level communication, negotiation, influencing and change management skills
  4. Good PC Skills and computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
  5. Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
  6. 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)
