Marketing & Sales Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Deploys the marketing strategy in the country, and its multibrand aspects
- Applies all the elements of marketing mix to reach the commercial results in the country
- Facilitates the local marketing team
- Contributes to the definition of the marketing strategy and processes
- Definition of short and medium term objectives within his domain
- Control of activity and monitoring of attainment of objectives decided and of main indicators
- Facilitation and management of teams toward the reaching of objectives
- In charge directly or indirectly of key accounts
- Structuring of commercial monitoring of his market
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA or related fields.
- At least 1 years experience in Marketing, Sales Operations and Management.
- Strong Communication skills both English and Indonesian language.
- Computer literacy.
- Working Good both in team and independent.
