Process Engineer (PROC-E)

Responsibilities:

• Study, stimulate, and develop manufacturing process (automate the manufacturing process, if any).
• Plan for appropriate machinery’s equipment and tools for the new line.
• Perform conceptual design for new manufacturing process.
• Support in sample submission for both prototyping and mass run stage.
• Carry out time study, continuous process improvement where possible for better process flow, productivity and efficiency.
• Collect and compile production related data for analysis.
• Train production personnel on process related programme.
• Liaise with QA personnel to meet customer's quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Engineer specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
4. Required skills: ISO 9001,
5. Good communication (including English) and interpersonal relationship skills, proactive, result oriented and able to work independently.
6. Willing to work in Daan Mogot - Jakarta Barat.
7. Full-Time position(s) available.

Project Engineer (PROJ-E)

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the activities on existing project including customer enquiries, request and engineering changes.
• Prepare design and engineering scheduling for all projects (civil, mechanical and electrical).
• Perform conceptual design for new manufacturing process.
• Manage the timeline of projects and ensure that open items and issues are being addressed by the responsible party and fit into the overall schedule.
• Lead the team to manage the different activities of a project and propose the best and most cost effective way to resolve an issue.
• Monitor progress of the project to ensure that it is on track.
• Work with other department to ensure that all problems faced in the projects are duly resolved by the respective parties.
• Provide labour, fixture and equipment estimate in the event of Request for Quotation.
• Prepare Bill of Materials.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Engineer specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
4. Familiarity with CAD, strong capability in technical drawing reading, creation and checking in detail level.
5. Good communication (including English) and interpersonal relationship skills, proactive, result oriented and able to work independently.
6. Willing to work in Daan Mogot - Jakarta Barat.
7. Full-Time position(s) available.
