Job Description:
- Answer company phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct calls and create a record of calls when appropriate.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Miscellaneous secretarial tasks.
- Fold, stuff, seal, and apply postage on items for mailing.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 1-2 years prior work experience as a receptionist preferred, but not required.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills (verbal and listening) and strong customer service skills.
- Organized, detailed-oriented and ability to multi task and change directives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining constant focus on excellent customer service.
- Possess a sense of urgency and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationship with fellow employees, customers, and business partners while maintaining quality customer service.
- Proficient computer skills preferred, specifically in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Desire to always deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Must be available Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Must have reliable transportation.
