Call Center Senior Manager

Requirements:

• Female or Male, age max. 40 years old.
• Minimum University Graduates or professional qualification in any relevant field.
• Minimum experience 3 years handling in Call Center operations.
• A strong leadership, managing people, and customer relationship management.
• A strong knowledge in Administration / Corporate Support, Customer Insight and Operational Delivery.
• Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English both oral & written.
• Computer Literate is a must.
