Sales Manager Industrial

Sales and Marketing:

• Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region;
• Extend distributor network for assigned industry segment within defined region;
• Establish contacts and maintain good direct relationships with customer and giving these customers technical support and service;
• Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply;

Technical:

1. Provide engineering support to regional offices, distributors and end-users;
2. Advise major end-users on bearing application related problems;
3. Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars;

People Management:

• To adopt the Cooperative Management Style during decision making processes
• To set Clear, Unambiguous, and Binding Standards which allows management behavior to be transparent and easily understood
• To serve as a Role Model
• To acquire a thorough knowledge of the tools and their proper application to attack the tasks.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experience.
2. At least have 5 years experience in the same position and has subordinate in managerial level
3. Knowledge of bearing industry / applications / maintenance in Heavy Industry preferred
4. Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset
5. Managing complex matters, interpersonal skills, ability to work in team, ability to assert oneself, good rhetorical skills, extroverted
6. Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc.
7. Communication: Conduct negotiations, presentation techniques, team/staff leadership
8. Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
9. Proficient in Microsoft office applications
