The Principals of the Company, Mr. Terry Gray and Mr. Alan Nye, have extensive experience in providing the types of services required to secure the key deliverables required having both been associated with operational and commercial aspects of major mining companies based in Indonesia.
Whilst the Principals of we are Expatriate, we employ only quality Indonesian mining engineers and geologists with extensive experience of working in Indonesia. We have a current workforce of over 100 personnel, comprising mine engineers, geologists, business improvement professionals, analysts, site production personnel and Coal Supply QA/QC professionals. Engineering Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group
- To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups
- To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients
- To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the project management are met on time
- To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.
- Bachelor degree in mining engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience as senior engineer or similar roles in mining engineering projects
- Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning
- Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, drilling and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
- Good communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian
- Preferably hold a “POM / POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate

Responsibilities:
- To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare short and long term mine plan ( production and project)
- Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning
- Capability to operating Minescape (open cut), Xpac or Surpac software
- Good knowledge in Basic Mining Practice
- Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
- Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
- Good communication skills, written – verbal, in English

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to interpret coal geological aspect (correlation, geological structure)
- Maintaining time line and program for exploration programs
- Preparation of resource reports.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
- Geologist with minimum 3 years experience in coal mining exploration, engineering and consulting
- Knowledge in mapping, drilling and sampling SOP particularly for JORC reporting
- Understand geological interpretation principle.
- Excellent use of Mine Scape Stratmodel.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
Responsibilities:
- To provide Operational Training for operators and allied training for clients in order to increase the productivity, and maintenance.
- Previous experience in similar role minimum 4 years.
- Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
- Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
- Team work, works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
- Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
- Computer literacy is preferred
- Ready worked in remote area
Requirements:
- Associate degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum experienced 2 years in Mechanical/piping design & drafting
- Advance using Autocad
- Familiar with Mechanical piping detail drawing (Fabrication dwg, Isometric, Spool etc)
- Familiar with ANSI/ASME B16 series code
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office product
