Junior Financial Analyst

Job Description

Mission Statement:

• Support the Supply Chain, QA and MS&T controllers in the collection and preparation of data for reporting tasks (monthly reports, Plan, Update, LBE`s).

Tasks / Responsibilities:

1. All activities related to Essbase for monthly reporting, Plan, Update, LBE (upload of data, retrieval of data, and download of flash reports)
2. Preparation of monthly Journal Entries
3. Collect local input from the countries (expenses, headcount,..) for monthly reporting, Plan, Update, LBE
4. Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by stakeholders

Skills/Experience Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in controlling

Languages:

• English – good knowledge (written and spoken)

Skills:

• Knowledge in Finance & Accounting
• Analytical skills
• Capability to manage databases from different systems (SAP, Essbase, Excel, MS Access).
• Good communication skills
• Task oriented (respect deadlines)

Education Requirements
