CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

JOB TITLE : CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT : PROJECT
LOCATION : PROJECT SITE - Muara Laboh

PURPOSE OF JOB:

• Member of the project construction team to construct power plant and steam field projects.

DUTIES:

1. Oversees contractor field activities.
2. Assists in administrative and technical control of construction projects.
3. Assists with managing project schedule, cost control, QA/QC and implementing site safety programs.
4. Assists with planning, coordinating and supervising field activities of all company personnel on assigned projects.
5. Prepares and recommends project purchase requisitions.
6. Ensures all company, project policies, procedures and standards are adhered to.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering

Experience:

• Engineering professional with over 10 years experience in control of major construction projects, geothermal preferred. Experience in construction in remote areas.

Skills:

• Supervisory skills required.
• Good organizational, communication and problem solving skills required.
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of vendor, industry, contacts on project-related matters.

Others:

• Familiar with geothermal processes, technology, equipment, vendors and manufacturers.
