Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent has roles to provide service of Voice infrastructure system.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2-3 years experience in IT Infrastructure
  2. Possess good knowledge of VoIP & Telephony system, PABX. And Voice/VoIP recording system
  3. Good knowledge of Contact Center technology
Fresh Graduate Opportunity for Banking Operations Role (contract based)
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Senior Business Process Analyst
Work Location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to design new/ to revamp existing policies, work instructions for day-to-day operational guidelines, to promote process improvement that will achieve short turn-around-time, process efficiency, and a simple and hassle free process, to communicate and lead implementation of new or "to-be" processes, lastly to conduct 90 days post-implementation review to ensure proper and smooth implementation.
Requirements:
  1. Sufficient knowledge in Retail Banking and Consumer Finance (cards and consumer lending) process and products,
  2. Sufficient knowledge in process improvement methodologies is preferable
  3. Possess skill in communicating technical reasoning in a clear and concise manner to senior management and business colleagues
  4. Highly motivated, and detail-directed problem solver.
