Funding available
- There will be 10 awards available. Successful applicants will have their tuition and bench fees waived by the University for 3 years (36 months)
- A living allowance will be provided by the Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), including a return international airfare. Details can be found in the terms and conditions set out by CAPES.
- The awards are available to students in any subject area available at the University of Birmingham.
- Candidates will be citizens and permanent residents of Brazil at the time of application
- Candidates must not be currently working or studying abroad
- Candidates must hold an offer from the University of Birmingham to be eligible for a scholarship; they must therefore fulfill the relevant academic and English language proficiency entry requirements

Selection will take place in June 2013 and successful applicants will be notified shortly thereafter.
