Quality Assurance Manager - Sanitation (QAMS)

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Country Quality Assurance Manager. This position responsible for sanitation subject matter, assessing and troubleshooting sanitation, food safety and quality issue related to sanitation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in Managerial Level specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalen
- Experience in Food Manufacturing company
- Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000
- Flexibility in having frequent business travelling within Indonesia
- Fluency in English for both verbal and written

Responsibilities:
- Preparing journal entries relating to factory, accruals, amortization of prepaid expense, journal correction/adjustments and recording of all the relevant transactions to ensure that the financial records are kept up-to-date
- Reconciling all balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, including sales & interco sales and recommends action plans to address reconciling and long outstanding items in order to provide management with a more reliable financial reports
- Ensures all batches JE (General Journal) are completed with the correct transaction dates and properly authorized before posting to the SAP Systems
- Generate the financial reports after posting of the month’s transactions in the SAP Systems, generates monthly General Ledger (trial balances), subsidiary on time in line with required financial reporting formats
- Coordinates with both corporate and external auditors during the regular interim and year-end audit engagement in order to avoid delay in achieving target deadlines in coming out of audited financial reports
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in General Accounting or Audit Work
- Familiar in using SAP systems
- Highly proficient in Window-Based MS Office
- Good communication in English
- Good interpersonal skills and can interface with all levels of the organization
