Customer Service

Requirements:

1. Female, max. 25 years old
2. Hold a Bachelor Degree of any disciplines from a reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
3. Have minimum 1 year of working experience as a customer service, preferably in banking industry
4. Excellent communication skill is a must
5. Computer literate & ability to work in computerized environment
6. Good analytical and problem solving skill
7. Good looking and friendly
8. Excellent ability to write and communicate both in Indonesia and English
9. Willing to be placed in Semarang or Surabaya

Teller
(Semarang, Surabaya)

Requirements:

1. Female, max. 25 years old
2. Hold a Bachelor Degree of any disciplines from a reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
3. Have minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in banking industry
4. Computer literate & ability to work in computerized environment
5. Detail oriented, high accuracy, excellent administration
6. Good looking, communicative, and friendly
7. Excellent ability to write and communicate both in Indonesia and English
8. Willing to be placed in Semarang or Surabaya

Operation Supervisor
(Semarang, Surabaya)

Requirements:

1. Male, max. 40 years old
2. Hold a Bachelor Degree in any discipline
3. Having minimum 3 years of related working experience in a bank
4. Familiar with payment operation processes (RTGS, SKN, international funds transfer, collection, and BI reports)
5. Familiar with Loan Admin process, cash transaction (Teller), Customer Service, and General Affairs
6. Have strong interpersonal, leadership skill & team work
7. Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Operation Staff
(Semarang, Surabaya)

Requirements:

1. Female, max. 30 years old
2. Hold a Bachelor Degree in any discipline
3. Having minimum 1 year of related working experience in banking industry
4. Familiar in handling operation transaction
5. Detail oriented, high accuracy, excellent administration

Sales Support Staff

Requirements:

1. Male/female, max 30 years old
2. Hold a bachelor degree in Information Technology
3. Have 1 year of working experience
4. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skill
6. Fluent in English is an advantage

9. Hold a driving lisence (C) and own a vehicle

Accounting Staff
(Denpasar)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree holder in Accounting from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
2. Experience as a Finance & Accounting staff in banking industry for min 3 year
3. Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation, PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standard) and PAPI (Pedoman Akuntasi Perbankan Indonesia)
4. Familiar with external report to Bank Indonesia
5. Computer literate and good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
6. Good sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity
7. Strong team leadership
8. Detail-oriented
9. Willing to be placed in Denpasar
