PT Santos Jaya Abadi is steeped in tradition as rich as its coffee. As the largest family-owned coffee brand in Indonesia, our company’s roots grew from a small home industry company in Surabaya. Where more than 79 years ago in 1927, our founder Go Soe Loet produced his popular coffee.

Shortly thereafter, the company began producing coffee using the trade mark “Kapal Api” (Steam Ship), drawing its inspiration from the steam ship which at that time was the symbol of technological superiority and a mark of luxury. Following the success of Kapal Api brand and to obtain the maximum satisfaction of our consumers, PT Santos Jaya Abadi has introduced other successful brands into the market: Excelso, ABC, Good day, Ya and Kapten.

Machine Operator (Code: OPR)

Responsibilities:

• Operate machine to achieve quantity and quality target based on working instruction and procedure

Requirements:

1. Male, age below 28 years old
2. Holding at least Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
3. Having min. 2-3 years experience at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry
4. Having organizational or leadership experience
5. Having excellent interpersonal & communication skills
6. Willing to work in shifts
7. Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2000, & 5S
8. Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo – Jawa Timur and Karawang – Jawa Barat

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in setting, maintaining, updating, troubleshooting, and distributing computer’s equipment (hardware and software) and networking system in order to support all user for operational activities

Requirements:

1. Male, age not more than 28 years old
2. Holding Diploma / Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Technology
3. Having 1 year experience in relevant position
4. Having good knowledge and skill in software supports and network installation,
5. implementation, and development
6. Having capability in : Hardware computer, LAN & peripherals (IP, switching, cable, etc), Developing LAN (planning & maintenance), OS for server & client, Web applications development, Network, server, & client security design
7. Active, persistent, and discipline
