Requirements:

• Should hold degree in Civil Engineering with min. 5 years experience in construction and mining industry with the same role ; Proficient in MS Office ; Indonesian citizen only

HR/IR Manager (INA-12-SPM-00047)
Location : Lahat

Job Description :

• To manage the human resource function with the objective of contributing the profitability of the business through the effective utilization of recruiting, selecting, development and retention of its resources.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management or related disciplines ;
• Minimum 10 years experience in human resources/ min 3 years exp. in managerial level preferably in mining / construction industry ;
• Good understanding of local statutory requirements ;
• Experience in human resources generalist having exposure to having managed all areas of human resources esp. on site based
• Indonesian citizen only.

HR Supervisor (INA-12-SPM-00050)
Location : Lahat

Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible to supervising jamsostek, insurance, community relationship, absenteeism, and related Site HR activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management or equivalent ;
• Had minimum 4 years as HR generalist ;
• Experience in a mining company preferably ;
• Computer literate ;
• Good in English ;
• Indonesian citizen only
