Marketing and Business Development
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  1. Determine prospects within assigned territory where our products and services may be utilized
  2. Establish business plans and marketing programs to achieve them.
  3. Provide leadership direction to the team and coaching them in delivering their outputs.
  4. Responsible for the Pipeline of the business report in timely basis.
  5. Expansion of channel network & strong tie with business partners
  6. The successful individual will meet and exceed revenue of products and management objectives by successfully establishing and managing focused partners which include acquiring / developing partners.
  7. Coordinate and develop the company local sales and marketing activities.
  8. Develop the product sales revenue pipeline via reseller/channel partnerships.
  9. Recruit partners to join partner programs.
  10. Maximize partner-based revenue contributions in each focused partner.
  11. Develop relationships with reseller/channel to obtain leads and undertake joint marketing and sales activities.
  12. Provide guidance and leadership to assigned region and their management
  13. Develop-execute sales plans (target, strategy, performance measurement; tactics, daily management).
  14. Aggressively develop-manage strategic accounts & build strong relationship by consultative approach.
  15. Able to persuasively communicate our capabilities in various products/services to result in business deals.
  16. Highly skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation & influencing clients.
  17. Proven sales track record & able to work to a target Quarterly
  18. Accountable for retention and growth of installed base and/or sale to new accounts
  19. Working as a team player
Requirements:
  • Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree (S-1) graduated from well-known university, preferably majoring in Telecommunication or Information Technology.
  • Min. 3 year experience in similar position from Telecommunication / IT or Banking Industry.
  • Experience in handling principles.
  • Capable to work within target and generate new prospect/lead.
  • Have a good ability in problem handling and problem solving.
  • organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
