Wicaksana Overseas International Group started its distribution business by setting up PT Djangkar Djati in Medan, North Sumatra in 1964 to import consumer goods and commodity exporting goods to Singapore.

Since 1973, the distribution business has also expanded to a wider range of products include: food, drinks, powdered milk, instant noodles, personal care, cosmetics, medicine, nursing shoes, cooking oil and gas lighters.

In line with the addition of products, the Company also expanded its distribution area to the major cities in Sumatra, Java and Kalimantan. Later that year dialihnamakan distribution business to PT Wicaksana Overseas Import that in 1992 changed its name to PT Wicaksana Overseas International.

Promotor

Responsibilities :

1. Conducted a survey where promotion
2. Installing and setting up the post material already in place in the survey
3. Negotiations for the post installation material
4. Make a report in the form of photos or documentation
5. Responsible for promotional activities such as controlling the post material that is already installed
6. Provide a report on the effectiveness of post material
7. Responsible for achieving sales targets specified

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 30 years
• Equal at least high school education
• Have at least 1 year experience in sales / marketing / promoter / surveyor
• Have the ability to communicate and negotiate well.
• Have a private vehicle and driver's license C
• Able to work under pressure, on target and able to work in a team

Mandarin Translator (SEMARANG)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, age 24-30 years
• Have a Diploma degree from any major, preferable Mandarin Literature
• Have an experienced min. 2 years in the same field
• Have an active communication in Mandarin and English (oral and written)
• Can negotiate with consument
• Translate discussion between consumer and sales
• Do administration
• Placement: Semarang

PPIC Supervisor (ASS FACTORY MANAGER)

Responsibilities :

1. Direct report to Factory Manager
2. Make sure on time product delivery through good scheduling and planning
3. Implement overall internal control activity
4. Controlling & follow up stock level
5. Overall control of incoming and outgoing product and recording, material receiving, registration and stock taking activity
6. Controlling production reports
7. Monitor and follow up quantity problem
8. Production analysis (Yield, MPP, Utilization, Machine Productivity, etc.)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology with at least 3,00/4,00 GPA
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially FMCG, Canning or Meat Processing.
• Required skill(s): SAP, Microsoft Office (is a must) and other related programs
• Preferred skill(s): interpersonal communication, administration.
• Well known about ISO 22000:2005, Commercial Sterilization, SSOP, HACCP & GMP
• Preferably Coordinator/ Supervisors specializing in Production/ PPIC/Inventory/ Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• English active and Mandarin is an advantage

Research & Development Staff

Qualification :

• Male or Female with max. aged 30 years old
• Hold min. Bachelor Degree from Food Technology with min. GPA 3.00
• Preferable min. experience 1 years at the same position at FMCG Company
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to use Mandarin written or oral
• Active in English both written and oral
• Have good communication and interpersonal skill
• Creative, ambitious, eager to learn, and good organization skill
