National Senior Management Accountant

Work Location: Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing support to the Finance Manager Indonesia to support the various operations such as AP and credit control, all aspects of taxation, internal and external reporting, inventory and general ledger.
2. Responsible in Reporting and Analyses the financial statement.
3. Assists in coordinating information for the Company financial audits with the company auditors.
4. Supervising staff listing below and provided leadership / guidance for their development including perform reviews for the staff reports to this position,
5. Develop and maintain policies and practice manuals to support efficient, effective processing of activities applicable to this role for Company. These policies need to include reference to internal control based on Sandvik guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a recognized University in Indonesia.
• 3 - 5 years experiences in finance management position.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, strong skills and experience in reconciliation of financial matters.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and the movement of data within a financial system.
