Project Management Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist Technical Support Manager and act as a technical resources within Indonesian team for support to Direct Sales Team and Distributors
- Provide feedback to other Eaton functions including Sales team, Marketing team, Technical Support, Product Management team and communications related to Eaton products as used infield applications
- Manage subcontractors and works quality and other Eaton Operation Excellence parameters
- Processing projects work using our database and tools
- Ownership of accuracy of costing of project works and execute efficiently assigned projects to deliver within schedule
- Liaise effectively with all stakeholders (Internal team; subcontractors; strategic partners and customers)
- Report progress of project scheduling and Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Other responsibilities to be determined as needed by supervisor and 2nd level supervisor
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in managing projects at site and subcontractors workshop
- Computer, literate in Microsoft Office applications
- AutoCad skillset
- Good conflict management and negotiations skills
- Availability to travel to various places in Indonesia
