AVIP Interiors is a personal initiative of its CEO: Frans Spanjaart. A professional with his heart in the interior design and furniture business. Frans Spanjaart has been working in the profession for more than 30 years, many of them as a furniture maker and project leader.

In 1985 he took the step to being an independent businessman, working as Managing Director with an international project organizer. His first company, Meubel Fabriek, was based just outside Amsterdam at the industrial town of Beverwijk.

Currently, we are looking for young energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as:

Project Auditor

Requirements :
  • General requirements
  • Age 35 – 45 years
  • University Level -Interior / Architecture / Civil Engineering background is required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the interior project field
  • Experience in Interior & ME Cost Estimation is a must
  • Good PC Skills ( esp. MS Word, MS Excel )
  • Fluently verbal and written English is a must
Specific requirements :
  1. Quality & initiative minded to achieve all deadlines
  2. Willing to work hard / work over time whenever needed
  3. Able to reading and interpreting drawing accurately
  4. Having an Interior Material knowledge
  5. Proven ability to recognize and maintain confidential information
  6. Proven reliability and dependability
  7. Excellent communication
  8. Well organized in managing and documentation
  9. Excellent Reporting ability
Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Produce price quotation
  • Prepare P.E.R. ( Project Estimation Report )
  • Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required occasionally
  • Auditing On-Site work progress
  • Reporting to CEO
Site Manager

General requirements:
  1. Min Bachelor degree in Interior/ Architecture
  2. Maximum 40 years old
  3. Good knowledge in shop drawing, autocad, and Ms Project
  4. Only for person who has a long-term vision and goal in his career.
Specific requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Coordinating Contract Project in Interior
  • Able to prepare Budgeting (RAB), Production schedule
  • Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Ms Project)
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Able to monitor and supervise the team in meeting the target quality, budget & schedule.
  • Detail, discipline, goal oriented and strong leadership
  • Report directly to Project Manager
  • Job Location: Jakarta – Indonesia
