Head of Enterprise Risk Job (Multi-Finance Company)
Work Location: Jakarta

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Identify and eliminate any potential risks to the assets, earning capacity or success of organization
2. Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk-management process for the organization
3. Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks, identifying, describing and estimating the risk affecting the business
4. Evaluating risks by comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the company
5. Monitor, evaluate and challenge the organization’s success in managing its risks
6. Working closely with the team and other internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk strategy based on the market research and analysis.
7. Corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders
8. Reporting the risk assessment to the Board of Directors

Job Requirements:

• Holds at least Bachelor’s degree in related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in related field
• Previous experience in risk management with a multi-finance company is highly regarded
• Experience developing and implementing risk management, preferably with a multinational company
• Creativity and ability to develop new ideas to evaluate risks
• Outstanding track record in risk management
• Hold BSMR certificate is an advantage
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• A humble person with good communication and presentation skills with the management level
• Strong leadership and ability to work in a team
• Ability to multi-task
