Financial Service Consultant

Job Details:

1. Establish relationship external and internal
2. Support Branch team to generate referrals
3. Advise customers during sales process
4. Facilitate sales closing
5. Support for policy issuance and after sales process
6. Conduct regular sales reporting, as required
7. Perform constant performance (to achieve minimum sales requirements)

Job Requirement:

• Female or Male, Age 24 - 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in finance or with related major with good reputation
• Min 1 year sales experience in bank/insurance/financial institution)
• Well grooming & pleasant personality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and advisory skills
• Strong sales knowledge and drive
• Hands on with economic, market, investment, insurance, regulatory update.
• Independent and self motivated
