- Establish relationship external and internal
- Support Branch team to generate referrals
- Advise customers during sales process
- Facilitate sales closing
- Support for policy issuance and after sales process
- Conduct regular sales reporting, as required
- Perform constant performance (to achieve minimum sales requirements)
- Female or Male, Age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in finance or with related major with good reputation
- Min 1 year sales experience in bank/insurance/financial institution)
- Well grooming & pleasant personality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and advisory skills
- Strong sales knowledge and drive
- Hands on with economic, market, investment, insurance, regulatory update.
