Technical Service (QA) Officer
Work Location: Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate and resolve complaints
  2. Performs product complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and may contribute to corrective / preventive action for product quality complaints.
  3. Provides documentation of product compliments, inquires and complaints
  4. Maintains and monitors listening posts for feedback from internal and external Customers.
  5. Performs trending of product quality complaints to identify changes that indicate need for investigation or to indicate verification of corrective actions previously implemented.
  6. Identifies high-level complaints or incidents that may have significant impact on the company and forwards for further review to Technical Service Section Head
  7. Assist Marketing Section to provide knowledge about the product to customers and prospective customers
Requirements:
  • Male
  • Max 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree (S1) from Chemical or Industrial Engineering, with min. GPA 3.00 (4 scale)
  • Experience in converting industry is preferable, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Understanding implementation of 7 QC tools
  • Excellent written and verbal ability in English
  • Have knowledge of computer literature, good communication and analytical skills
  • Have strong personality, high initiative, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
Administration Staff
Work Location: Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
  • Female, Age max. 28 years old
  • Min. Diploma degree of Business Administration, Secretary or Management
  • At least 2 years experience as Admin Staff
  • Computer literate (MS Office & Open Office)

Electronically Engineer Supervisor
Work Location: Purwakarta, Jawa Barat

Requirements:
  • Male, max. 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in electronic is a must
  • Must have at least 2 years of professional working experience in same position as Electronical Engineer at manufacturing company
  • Expertise with PLC Siemens S5-S7, AC & DC Driver Control, PID Control, electric/ circuit
  • Have experience with troubleshooting electric / electronic connection, components, process and control system of industrial machinery
  • Capable of reading and understanding engineering drawings, such as single line diagram, wiring diagram, etc.
  • Able to operate MS. Office application ( Ms. Project, Ms. Excel, etc.) & Autocad

Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  1. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
  2. Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
  3. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, communications programs and strategies.
  4. Measure and assess customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
  6. Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, and pricing of company products or services.
  7. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
  8. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to obtain existing data.
  9. Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
  • A minimum of 5 years within the custom Market Research industry.
  • Experience in qualitative market research, database marketing analysis including analytics, direct marketing test design, response analysis, ROI analysis, segmentation analysis, customer profiling, etc.
  • Creative thinking, exceptional analytical skills coupled with solid business acumen
  • Excellent database management skills.
  • Strong expertise in computer software, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS (or similar analytic program).
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication abilities; ability to translate data into information, then into business recommendations.
  • Able to speak in mandarin is an advantage.
Import Section Head
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitoring stuffing import activities
  2. Monitoring shipment arrival and custom clearance process
  3. Reviewing and monitoring import orders and other document (PIB, Masterlist, IP Plastic, etc.)
  4. Verify import cost for each shipment
  5. Planning weekly and monthly budget
  6. Ensure the completeness and correctness of filing import documents
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma Degree (D3)
  • Age max. 35 years old
  • Min. 4 years of experience as supervisor in import section or forwarder (customer service)
  • Excellent knowledge in import procedure and government regulation of import in abroad (such as: Invoice, Packing List, PIB, BL/ Airway bills, SKA, etc.). Preferably have good knowledge in LC
  • Good communication / Fluent in English (Listening, Writing, Conversation)
  • Computer Literate (MS. Office and Open Office)
  • Able to work under pressure and commit to deadline
Employee Relations Specialist
Work Location: Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization.
  2. Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management.
  3. Assess potential problems and make sound judgments around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business from an ER perspective.
  4. Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action.
  5. Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate.
  6. Advise and guide on pay related matters: pay reviews, reward projects, changes to pay related terms etc.
  7. Advise and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
  8. Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company’s Human Resource policies.
  9. Assists the Superior on the development of Personnel Policies and Procedures (SOP) and Collective Labor Agreement/Company Policy.
  10. Provides counseling services to departments and employees on various Employee Relations issues.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in Law from reputable university
  • Must have 3+ years working experience as Employee / Industrial Relations Specialist, in manufacturing company with more than 500 employees
  • Preferably have certified in represent the company if there is industrial issues in district court
  • Have experience in handling Labor Union
  • Ability to build a good relationship with government
  • Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level and to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Sensitive people skills: a high level of emotional intelligence; excellent interpersonal skills; a wide understanding of people issues
  • Competent computer skills, such as MS Words, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization
Financial Analyst
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze Financial Statements
  2. Create Monthly Market Report
  3. Research on Related Market Data
  4. Present Information to Investors
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance (Overseas Graduate is Preferred)
  • Preferably, 1-2 years working experience in Accounting/Financial firm. We also welcome fresh graduate to apply.
  • Must have strong knowledge in Finance (e.i reading FS/BS/CS), critical thinking and analytical thinking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in same position, preferably have experience as a Project Manager
  • Excellent knowledge in ERP (preferably expertise with ERP system), and SCM
