Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture or equivalent.
- Having good knowledge is property management especially in office building management
- Having experience work at office building or apartment at least 3 years working experience in the related field, Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
- Understanding of building maintenance & repairs of damage
- Having leader skill, discipline, responsible, honestly, team work and excellent communication
HRGS Specialist
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Specialized in Human Resources & General Services (General Affairs) aspects
- Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer literate and familiar with SAP
- Willingness to be traveled to Site
