Legal Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Majoring in Law from reputable University.
- Age maximum 40 years old.
- Minimum 3 years experience as corporate legal in law office and mining company.
- Excellent in computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and visio)
- Fluently in English both oral and written
- Mastering the Legal Drafting, Company Law, Mining Law
- Having advocate license from PERADI
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Will be placed in Jakarta
Finance Staff (code : FA-S)
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degrees in Accounting or Finance from reputable University, Max 28 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance operation and treasury
- Knowledge about financial & accounting system (computerize)
- Having experience in coal mining industry would be an advantage
- Excellent in computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
- Good Interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluently in English both oral and written, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines

Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degrees Majoring in Law from reputable University.
- Female
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience as corporate legal in mining company and/or reputable lawfirm
- Fluently in English both oral and written
- Good knowledge in mining law, corporate, contract and drafting
- Preferable holding PERADI licence
- Strong analytical skill and detail oriented

Safety Health and Environment Supervisor ( HSE-S)
Requirements:
- Age maximum 36 years old.
- Bachelors Degrees Majoring in engineering from reputable University.
- Minimum 3 years experience as safety health & environment Supervisor in mining company.
- Having certificate in mining at leats POP (Pengawas Oprasional Pertama)
- Good understand in Indonesian Manpower Regulation.
- English and Computer literate.
- High motivation, trustworthy, discipline, teamwork, dynamic with good personality
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and East Kalimantan
Project Manager
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 45 years old
- Bachelors Degrees in any Discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 3 Years experience preferably in a similar position in mining operational industry
- Plan, execute, and organize projects integrated. Strict deadlines and wtihin budget, acquiring resources, & coordinating.
- Work under pressure to achieve the maximum target.
- Strong familiarity with project management software
- Competence to lead the team
- Fluency in written and spoken English and computer literacy is a must.
- Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan
