Unit Head Organization Development (OD)
Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:
  • Male/Female, max 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, with minimum GPA 2,8
  • Having experience as Supervisor/Asst.Manager Organization Development at least for 3 years
  • Good analytical skills and strong strategic concepts
  • Familiar in creating performance appraisal, organization structure review, talent management, corporate culture, competency development, employee surveys, job evaluation and job analysis
  • Strong leadership, multi tasker, and accustomed to working with tight deadlines
  • Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve objectives
Customer Care
Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:
  • Female, Max Age 26 years
  • Have good communication skills
  • Experience in customer care
  • Patient and friendly
HRGA Supervisor
Work Location: Bandung (West Java), Bogor (West Java), Tangerang (Banten)

Requirements:
  • Male / Female, max age 35 Years
  • Min S1 Department of Law / Psychology with Min 2.8
  • Experience in HR & GA
  • Have good leadership skills
  • Understand the labor laws, Social Security / Insurance and Employee Selection
  • Have good communication, dynamic and good Management Filling
  • Placement in Ciledug, Tangerang, Bogor and Bandung
Portfolio Analyst Supervisor
Work Location: Jakarta

Requirements:
  • S1 all the majors
  • Min 2 yrs in the Credit Analysis, especially in multi-company / banking
  • Understanding of the quantitative analysis (statistics, regression, mathematical)
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office (Advance)
Junior Specialist HR – OD
