Assistant Manager Learning & Development

Work Location: Jawa Barat

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating certified training professional course focusing on modules of instructional design and people development.
2. Responsible to Training need analysis, planning and evaluation.
3. Develop training programs for all level of employees.
4. Delivering training for employees in all levels.
5. Able to suprvise a team with a good leadership.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to travel.
