Work Location: Jawa BaratResponsibilities:
- Facilitating certified training professional course focusing on modules of instructional design and people development.
- Responsible to Training need analysis, planning and evaluation.
- Develop training programs for all level of employees.
- Delivering training for employees in all levels.
- Able to suprvise a team with a good leadership.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to travel.
