PT. Arthaasia Finance originally named PT Rismaguna Finance, was established by Deed. 552, dated February 28, 1990 by Endrawila Parmata, SH, successor of Benny Kristianto, SH, Notary in Jakarta. Articles of Association was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. C2-1928.HT.01.01.Th.90 dated March 31, 1990. Deed No.01 dated March 1, 2000 from Teddy Anwar, SH Notary in Jakarta, the company name was changed to PT Arthaasia Finance. The amendment was approved by the Minister of Justice No. C-9007.HT.01.04.TH2000 dated 19 April 2000.

PT. Arthaasia Finance commenced operations from the date of 01 Aprill 2000. Regional development based initially on the West Java area later evolved into the region of Central Java and East Java. Finance Asia in 2010 has grown also in Sumatra and Kalimantan.

We are consumer and Corporate leasing financial company and one of the Hitachi Capital overseas subsidiaries, PT. Arthaasia finance owns over 40 branches across Indonesia market share wich continue to grow. HR Recruitment and Training Staff

Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Male/Female, Single, max 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Have minimum 2 years experience in the same field
• Having in-dept knowledge of Recruitment, Selection process, and training
• Experience and sound knowledge of psychological test
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good analytical, conceptual, and administrative skills
• Strong in MS Office (excel and power point)
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel

Operation Staff

Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Female, max. 30 years old
• Min. diploma degree in any Major
• Having 3 years experience in corporate financial company/ bank will be an advantage
• Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills and have strong willing to work with limited supervision
• Have strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills
• Honest, highly discipline, well organized, detail oriented
• English proficiency is a must
• Computer literate

Credit Administration Staff

Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, max. 35 years old
• Min. diploma degree in any Major
• Having 3 years experience in corporate financial company/ bank will be an advantage
• Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills and have strong willing to work with limited supervision
• Have strong initiative and able to perform multitasking skills
• Honest, highly discipline, well organized, detail oriented
• English proficiency is a must
• Computer literate
