Premier Oil Indonesia - Premier Oil is one of the largest oil and gas exploration company in Indonesia. The Company operated in West Natuna Sea Block A for more than a decade. In 1996, The Company acquired Sumatra Gulf Oil Ltd and became a majority interest in the Natuna Sea Block A offshore Indonesia. In 2006, Premier purchased a 16.67% equity in North Sumatra Block A. This stake was increased to 41.7% in January 2007. The company has been certified to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 since 2004 for global drilling and since 2006 for its Indonesian Operations.
