Description
  • Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.
  • Composes and may initiate routine correspondence and memoranda.

Description
Main Accountability
Do a day-to-day product and business development function and ensure all Employee Benefit (EB) projects and initiatives are well implemented in order to serve and support our clients and to manage the existing opportunities, emerging opportunities and create new opportunities to grow EB business.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Explore creative ideas to make the development of the EB product and business.
  • Responsible to do observation of work of operation team and to find some development ideas in the operation SOP to improve the operation performance
  • To accommodate input from the sales team (EB Consultant, Brokers and Banks, Agent) in order to conduct a study on their inputs in order to make improvements
  • Execute the project started from collecting ideas, work plan, project implementation, project application, the analysis results of the project and documentation.
  • Responsible for implementing and monitoring a project
  • To coordinate the EB products and service initiatives from Pension, Group Life Health (GLH) & EB Sales with all related departments and level, incl. Regional Office - for certain projects.

  • Responsible for receiving first premium payment receipt wich client transferred to the Bank and make listing report to Bill Coll Dept Head Office, make sure the receipt is filled properly.
Customer Service
  • Responsible for service related to customer policy changes process , that appropriate with policy regulation and submit the policy changes form and document support to Policy Owner Service (POS) Departement Head Office
  • Recording each complaint from customer and escalate to Head Office based on the regulation and determine that document support has accurate and correct info based on the regulation
Admin
  • Responsible to servicing customer that related submission claim and determine that all information that attach in claim application, and submit to Claim Departement in Head Office
