Incorporated in 2000, PT Indika Energy Tbk (''Indika Energy'') was previously known as PT Dipta Diwangkara/PT Indika Inti Energi. Indika Energy however has its roots in the energy sector as far back as 1973 with the establishment of Tripatra, a leader in providing integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services to the oil and gas industry in Indonesia.

Today, Indika Energy (''INDY'', hereafter also referred to as ''the Company'' or ''the Group'') is publicly listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with a market capitalisation of Rp. 11.6 trillion (US$ 1.2 billion)1 with subsidiaries and associated companies concentrating in its three business pillars of energy resources, energy services, and energy infrastructure.

The core strategy for growth has been ''strengthening the foundation for greater value-chain integration''. In 2009, Indika Energy completed its acquisition of PT Petrosea Tbk, a multi-disciplinary engineering, construction and contract mining company with a track record of achievement in Indonesia since 1972.

This significant acquisition not only served to strengthen the Group's foothold and leadership in EPC services, but consolidated its capacity to deliver total energy services from acquiring mining rights and feasibility studies, to mining operations, processing, production and barging, to transshipment and offtake. In effect, the Company became a fully integrated energy company with strategic synergies in place to power its growth.

 

As at 31 December 2009, Indika Energy's consolidated net worth stood at Rp. 5.3 trillion total revenues of Rp. 2.5 trillion, and net income of Rp. 725.7 billion2. The company and its subsidiaries now employ 2,529 employees nationwide. The year 2009 continued Indika Energy's track record performance in delivering strong profit: Rp. 109.6 billion (2005), Rp. 177.3 billion (2006), Rp. 265 billion (2007), Rp. 1,084.7 billion (2008) and Rp. 725.7 billion2 (2009), while maintaining strong cash balances.

Work Location: Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Male or female, 25 - 35 years old
• Bachelor / master degree any field with GPA min 3.00 from reputable university or overseas
• Having experience min 3 years as HSE Officer
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
• Perform high leadership skill with professional attitude
• Self-motivated, highly initiative, well organized, and able to work under minimum supervision
• Willing to placed in site / remote area (Kalimantan)

External Affairs Supervisor

Work Location: Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Male / Female 27 to 40 years old

• At least 3 years of working experiences, preferably in Coal Mining industry

Requirements:

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Mining Preferably)

Requirements:

Internal Audit Manager

Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:

• Male/ Female, max. 40 years old
• Bachelor / Master degree in Accounting or equivalent from reputable university or overseas
• Having Experience min 10 years as auditor, from Registered Public Accounting Firm and as Internal Auditor, Preferable from Shipping / Logistic / Mining / Oil and gas Industry
• Good understanding theories and practices of taxation, audit reporting, risk management based auditing, financial reporting, internal control, and business proces
• Understand about SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and Risk Management is plus
• Required language; English, Bahasa Indonesia
• He/she have good leaderships, mature, initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill
