Workover Supervisor ( PHE02010 )
Job Description
- Responsible to supervise, review and control workover program as well as providing workover resources (such as personnel, material, equipment, rig), in order to ensure their execution in line with workover strategy and schedule, effective and efficient cost and safety, and environment standard.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the workover activities in offshore environment
- Well experienced on both of well integrity operations with adequate knowledge of platform process integrity
- Experience on supervising of drilling operation
- Certified in Well Control from a recognized training authority (Essential)
- Master on the Work Over and Drilling Operations Expertise (Essential)
- Have communication skills in English (Both written and spoken), time management skills (Essential)
- Have high Safety awareness (Essential)
- Have knowledge in HSE management of contracts & Incident Investigation
- Have knowledge of DIM’s & Compass
