Job Purpose:

• Manage a Sales Team to deliver client service and drive sales to increase revenue in the branch whilst adhering to processes and procedures to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
• To ensure the retention, satisfaction and expansion of the client base.

Requirements

• Matric/NQF Level 5.
• B. Com or Equivalent degree/NQF Level 5.
• 3-5 years Financial &/or Banking experience.
• People Management skills.
• Coaching skills.
• FAIS Compliance.
