Regional Key Account Coordinator, AC-LAM

- As a Regional Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales within the Automatic Controls product portfolio to selected key accounts within a specified region.
- In this job you will be reporting to a business development manager.
- You will be responsible for the aggressive sales development of the Automatic Controls Product Portfolio to key OEM customers in alignment with the overall regional/global sales strategy, maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers.
- You will be challenged to maximize profitability using value selling tools and practices and also support asset management, ensuring receivables are according to agreed terms and conditions.
- Develop indepth customer understanding identifying areas Danfoss can bring greatest value within the AC product portfolio;
- Provide competitive insight to both the marketing and business excellence teams;
- Develop and maintain Key Account Plan with an aggressive growth horizon based upon customer business needs and customer focused value propositions;
- Coordination of activities with Regional Sales Manager, Global Key Account Manager (where applicable), Field Service team, Marketing, Quality coordinators, Logistics & Internal Sales;
- Keep updated record of all customer related activities and tasks in CRM;
- Develop and maintain an active Opportunity Pipeline for all accounts.
- We expect you to have prior sales experience working with large OEMs within Automatic Controls, Air Conditioning or similar market segments, or 1 to 3 years technical or sales related experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- You should also present basic knowledge in HVAC&R applications and university degree in Engineering or Business.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills will be highly appreciated, as well as strong personal resilience, highly motivated team player with a strong personal drive and, finally, advanced English.
