Project Manager - Infrastructure Deployment Services
Description

Job Summary:
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are satisfied through the timely completion of specific project deliverables.
  • These individuals are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
  • The major emphasis is on deployment and management/coordination of tasks.
  • Incumbents are required to manage efforts of company, customer, and third party vendors as well as assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet the customer's need.
Principle Accountability:
  • Provides budget analysis, resource planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
  • Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients.
  • Establishes project change management processes and activities for team to utilize.
  • Serves as liaison between the company and the client during a project ending with the installation and acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction of solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
  • Manages customer experience and related metrics.
  • Manages suppliers and partners assigned to customer accounts.
  • Involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients.
  • Monitors the project from initiation through delivery and closure.

  • Strong organizing and planning skills to oversee project deliverables.
  • Strong priority setting and delegation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to lead project teams.

Experience & Qualification
  • 2+ years experience with Masters Degree
  • 4+ years experience with Bachelors Degree.
  • 8+ years experience with High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, email and telephone
  • Self starter
  • Highly motivated
  • Owns and resolves issues
  • Escalation Management and communication
  • PMI certified
  • ITIL Foundation
