In Telkom SA Limited is currently available positions as:

Ops Specialist & Project Coordinator

Required qualification and experience:
  • Grade 12 qualification, with at least 2 years continuous experience.
  • Must have advanced experience in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Special requirements:
  • Willing to work overtime (if required).
  • Have a drivers license.

The ideal candidate will have the following competencies:

Ability
  • oversee that timesheets are accurate and up-to-date
  • oversee the ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • co-ordinate activities
  • work under pressure & meet deadlines
  • communicate effectively at all levels
  • monitor project expenses
  • prepare reports
  • communicate in writing
  • be self-reliant and capable of independent work
  • advise senior management on matters requiring their attention
  • develop timeline and schedule for projects
Experience
  • Project Administration
  • diary management
Knowledge
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • MS Project
  • project management principles
