Employer:

• Our Client is a Multinational Gold Mining Company.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Journalism.
• Preferably senior staffs with minimum 10 years experience in corporate communications, journalism, and/or public relations-related field, in NGOs, media or mining/energy-related industry.
• Have an excellent network and knowledge of publishing industry and the media, how they operate, and which types of media to use for different purposes.
• Proven experience in developing successful PR activities, events, and media activities that affect behavior of target audience.
• Strong relationship building skills, sound advocacy skills complemented by the ability to evaluate situations, identify media-related potential problems and propose innovative options to maintain company’s reputation.
• Good communication and writing skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English and the ability to draft (for review) and edit communications materials.
• A skilled researcher with the ability to analyze, summarize and simplify complex information and communicate it to different groups.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and prioritize workload.
• Have the ability to effectively communicate complex and/or distinctive concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong ability to work independently while being an integral team member.
• Have excellent computer skills including internet applications.
• Have the ability to work in a demanding, very deadline-driven environment with the ability to work additional hours as job and peak business deadlines require.
