Master Data Maintenance

Requirements:

• Performs daily master data maintenance activities

Key responsibilities:

• Measurement

Follow up performance against SLTA agreements

• Competence

Prepare and deliver training locally and support Process Performer (end user)
Identify and address additional training needs

• Performance

Initiate action to improve MD request turnaround and accuracy
Test & Validation of new process and system changes

• Implementation

Coordinate Master Data cleansing activities
Document local procedures

• Master Data

Maintenance of local MD procedures and work instructions
Ensure alignment with global master data maintenance procedures
Ensure that local data is updated according to the rules for master data maintenance as specified per process
