- Male or Female, min Bachelor degree (S1) Majoring Psychology from reputable university
- Having minimum 4 years experience as Supervisor at reputable company in Human Resource matter
- Strong competency in Human Development (Recruitment, Training, & Organization Development)
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Having strong analytical thinking
- Mature, flexible and also good in human relation skill
- Good computer literate (MS Office, application) and fluent in English is advantage
