Job description
- The person in this position will be responsible for implementing HR policy based
- Monier Group's standards, coordinating personnel issues - wages and cooperation
- with Trade Unions
- 5 years of experience in an independent position in the HR department
- 2 years of experience as a manager
- very good knowledge of labour law
- experience in the area of Human Resource Management
- experience in implementing and coordinating HR projects
- high communication skills and cooperation
- independence and own initiative
- organizational skills and effective work planning
- analytical thinking
- practical knowledge of MS Office
- category B driving license
