HR Executive
Work Location: Medan, JakartaKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, maintain and monitor staffing and training process.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND COVERAGE:
- Conduct recruitment processes for staff, sourcing candidate, shortlist applications, test and interview, and ensure recruitment processes are complete and conform with company’s procedure.
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
- Administer Selection Test and ensure updated with hiring department’s requirement
- Assist in preparing, process and control all documents and permits for expatriates in order to obtain legal permit for working and living conform with current government regulations.
- Administer on-boarding process and conduct new employee orientations
- Prepare HR paper work such Personnel Details, Employment Agreement in HR related matters for new employee, promotion, transfer, change of status employment, and provide HR administration assistance & maintain human resource data bases, both computer software systems and manual filing systems
- Administer exit process and ensure the clearance process is conduct properly
- Assist in Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Performance Appraisal process
- Provide and maintain Training Administration
- Bachelor degree from any major, an education in Human Resources would be a definite asset
- Training in recruitment and interviewing skills a definite asset
- Experience interviewing, assessing and hiring staff
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
- Good command in English, verbal and written
- 3 - 4 years work experience in a HR Generalist role
