PTPN IV Persero was established based on PP. 09 year 1996 about merging the gardens are located in North Sumatra and is an amalgamation of 3 (three) PTP, the PTP VI, VII PTP, and PTP VIII, according to the Articles of Association of PT. Plantation Nusantara IV Persero which has been revamped several times and was published in the Supplement to the Republic of Indonesia (TBN-RI) No.. 90 November 7, 2008.

PTPN IV Persero is supported by a Business Unit of Manufacturing Engineering workshop Tenera (PMT) and 3 Dolok Ilir Business Unit Hospital of hospitals. Barrel, RS. Balimbingan and RS. Pabatu. The company has two subsidiaries namely PT. Pamina Adolina engaged in the processing of CPO and PT. Means Agro Nusantara (PT SAN) which is engaged in CPO piled tank and pumping. We also participated in the shares of stock with PTPN III (Persero) and Nusa Three Employees Cooperative, at PT. ESW Archipelago Three, which is engaged in the processing of powders Palm Trunk, and the PT. Six Main Padasa engaged in Oil Palm plantation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree graduated from Law: Civil Law, Criminal Law, Law Agragria and Business Law, Social Welfare Studies, Communication, Sciences, Political Science and Sociology, Communication Science and Community Development.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

General Requirements

• Bachelor degree (S1) with min GPA 2.75 from accredited PTN/PTS
• Born after the date of December 31, 1976

Specific Requirements

• Male for TAN and TEK positions
• Male/Female for KEU, UMM, and Engineering field positions
• Not Color blind for TAN and TEK positions
