• Verantwortliche Organisation der Produktion und Instandhaltung zur
• zielgerechten Umsetzung der Fertigungsaufträge (Qualität, Quantität, Zeit und Kosten)
• Einhalten von Budgets und Ressourcen
• Nachhaltiges Maschinenmanagement
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Organisation und Prozesse
• Führen und Personaleinsatzplanung von Mitarbeitern in der Fertigung und Instandhaltung
• Abwesenheitsvertretung des Werkleiters
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Health & Safety-Richtlinie
• Anprechpartner für den Betriebsrat
• Unterstützen und Fördern des Betrieblichen Verbesserungsvorschlagswesens
