Customer Priority Officer (CPO)
Jobs Location: Bogor and Bekasi (West Java)Responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining, strengthening and enhancing quality of relationships with key customers (or major accounts) by providing them with excellent support and service in every possible way to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty as well as achieving profitable business relationships.
Education :
- Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline, master degree is preferable.
- Customer handling experience
- Sales/ account management experience
- Computer literacy (MS : word, Good in excel, power point, Lotus Notes, SAP System)
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Certain level of patience, persistence, tenacity
- Ability to manage the balance between high customer expectation and internal delivery condition
- Great amount of good interpersonal skills
