Golden Energy Mines is the coal mining group subsidiary of Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) - a Energy and Infrastructure company. Currently we supply 5 million tons of coal per annum to Coal Powerplants and Industries such as cement and paper both locally and internationally.

We mine coal from our many concessions, and at the same time also purchase from other mine owners. We aim to be a reputable leading coal company with good consistent standards. If you are a mine owner or coal end user, we are happy to hear your proposals.

PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position :

Business Development Manager (COAL)

Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia, Southeast Asia

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree or MBA from any reputable university
• Has Engineer background would be an advantage
• Experience in related field (coal mining industry) min. 7 years
• Energetic and Good Interpersonal Skill
• Familiar with Ms Project would be an advantage
• Wiling to travel

Responsibilities :

1. Formulate strategic plans, perform financial analysis of prospective target porfolios for acquisition, divestment, joint venture & merger and eventually see through the execution of the plans
2. Gather coal business data and any related sources and analyze those data into information database and also presentation
3. Identify investment opportunity and/or existing asset acquisition in strategic plan
4. Conduct detailed feasibility study and financial model for project analysis and acquisition, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis
5. Recommend or suggest for decision making based on analysis result and economic implication
6. Support due diligence matters, consultants coordination, commercial negotiation and investing proposal development
